Is parking included?
There is surface parking and underground parking available. However, there are only certain suites that come with surface parking included.
What services and utilities are included in the rent?
Utilities included in the rent are maintenance, water and sewer.
Are there furnished apartments available?
We do not offer furnished apartments.
Are there storage units available?
We have small and large storage units available to rent.
Do I require proof of rental insurance?
Yes, rental insurance will be required when leasing a suite.
Is smoking tobacco, cannabis, and other related products allowed on premises?
Our buildings, suites and premises are smoke-free. There will not be any smoking on the premises.
Are appliances included in the monthly rent?
Some appliances are included in the monthly rent such as a fridge, stove and dishwasher. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer hook-up.
Is there an area for visitor parking?
Yes, we have a designated area for visitor parking.
What will be required when I am applying to rent a suite?
You will be asked to provide an ID, Pre-leasing application and proof of income.
